We may collect your data

  • When you make a purchase in store, or online. During the online checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields shown as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we will collect and store your information using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • When you bring in an item for repair, or ask us to produce a valuation we will ask for your name, address and telephone number.
  • When you express an interest to us in purchasing an item we may ask for your name and contact details such as a telephone number or email address.
  • When you sign up on to receive news and offers via email.
  • When you participate in competitions, reviews, feedback, promotions or our other social platforms.
  • Your image may be collected automatically when you visit our premises, via CCTV. CCTV is in use for security reasons, to protect our staff, clients and property.
