Dispatch will be within 5 working days on in stock items.  For handmade and Designs by Kruger items please contact us on 0151 639 4431 or email info@krugerjewellers.co.uk to discuss despatch times, this can be up to 6 weeks but we will do our best to accommodate any urgent requests.

Orders must be received by 1pm the previous day for Royal Mail Special Next Day or Saturday Delivery

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the address is correct at the time of order and that there is someone available to sign and take delivery of the goods. Any additional costs incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Kruger Jewellers is not responsible for any delays once the goods are in possession of Royal Mail.

We reserve the right to cancel the order & refund payment if we have insufficient stock to satisfy the order. We will inform you by email of the next available delivery date of the selected item and are under no obligation to offer compensation of any disappointment incurred.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel this order without giving any reason (see separate policy for earrings and bespoke or customised goods)*. If your order contains more than one item you must return all items to cancel your order.  If you only wish to return part of your order, please do not use the cancellation option. The cancellation period starts when we enter into a contract with you and will end 14 days after you have taken possession of the goods we are supplying to you as part of the contract.


In order to exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a phone call or email). You are advised to obtain proof that you have informed us of your decision.


To meet the cancellation deadline you should let us know that you wish to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

You may return any items that you are not happy with within 14 days of receipt (see separate policy for earrings and bespoke or customised goods)*.  Returns received outside of the above timeframes are accepted at the discretion of Kruger Jewellers. Items must be returned as received, new and unworn in their original box (where one is provided) and with the proof of purchase.  New and unworn means that there are no scratches or marks and no signs of wear.  Earrings must be returned with the hygiene seals (butterfly fastenings) still intact.

We request that you obtain proof of postage and return all items using the same service that the items were dispatched by, i.e.: Signed For or Special Delivery, where relevant.

All returns will be acknowledged by email and processed within 10 working days.

*In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Kruger Jewellers only accepts the return of earrings if the goods are returned with the earring hygiene seals (butterfly fastenings) intact. Bespoke or customised goods are exempt from cancellation and return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the same method of payment and may take up to 5 days to appear in your account.

Please be aware that we will refund the cost of delivery to you but if you opted for enhanced delivery such as next day or Saturday delivery the difference will not be refunded. We do not refund your return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Krugers Gift Vouchers are available in any amount making them the perfect solution for a work collection.  Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and you can use a percentage of the amount and save some for another time or add to the amount if you wish to purchase a more expensive item.

CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer FREE Click and Collect with no minimum spend.  Place your order, pay on line, choose Click and Collect at checkout.  We will contact you when your order is ready to collect. You will need to bring your order confirmation and some form of photographic ID when you collect.  Orders are usually available within 4 hours during shop opening hours, please call us if you wish to collect any sooner.
